I caution against vague objectives that can lead to disappointment and a lack of accountability.  I share the fascinating concept of the "RAS Center" in the brain. This center filters information based on past experiences and repetition and showcases the power of keeping goals at the forefront of the mind.   Continuing the discussion, I highlight the importance of setting goals with specific dates and deadlines.
