Since the intention of this podcast is to help you build balance into your everyday life, I wanted to take a moment to think about the purpose behind one of my favorite systems. Weekly Prep is one of my favorite things to discuss on the show. It’s a habit that has allowed me so much freedom and breathing room throughout the week, and I know it will change your life too. Beyond just giving you the practical steps for weekly prep, I also wanted to challenge your perspective on it. Let’s check in with our purpose today. I don’t complete my Weekly Prep to make my life easier, although it does most of the time! In fact, it’s not about me at all. As I plan my week, I use the system as an opportunity to remind my husband and my children that I am serving and caring for them.
