Supporting Teen Mental Health with Sadie Sutton

Raw Beauty Talks - A podcast by Erin Treloar, Podcast Nation

Sadie Sutton joins me today to share her story of experiencing a severe mental health crisis as a teen. Now 20 years old, Sadie comes full of helpful insights and personal wisdom for anyone who is struggling with mental health themselves or supporting someone who is struggling.  Sadie’s journey with severe depression began when she was just 13. After receiving a year and a half of intensive treatment for severe depression and anxiety, she was inspired to share her story with fellow teens going through their own personal growth. She is now the host of The She Persisted Podcast, a resource she has created to help other teens with their mental health. Sadie is a psychology major at the University of Pennsylvania and hopes to pursue a career in clinical psychology to further her impact in the mental health field.
