It's been just over a week since Prime Minister Anthony Albanese's new ministry was sworn in and as the new faces in cabinet get across their portfolios, there are also seven special envoys getting to work. One of those is the member for Gellibrand in Victoria, Tim Watts who has moved from being assistant minister for foreign affairs to Special Envoy for Indian Ocean Affairs.
