Russia, Ukraine report attacks as ceasefire begins

Russia and Ukraine have both reported attacks on their forces on the first day of Russian President Vladimir Putin's 72-hour ceasefire. The Ukrainian Foreign Minister has called Moscow's ceasefire a farce, and has accused Russia of violating the measure more than 730 times over a 12-hour period yesterday.
