"Cruel", "backstabbing," and "as morally bankrupt as a Kings Cross rubbish bin" are some of the terms used to describe proposed changes to the country's largest workers compensation scheme icare. The NSW government, which runs the program, is proposing to change the way psychological injury claims are managed under the scheme prompting a backlash from unions, academics, lawyers and some medical experts.
