2025 is proving to be a cracking year for Australia's sprinters with yet another milestone reached at the weekend, with Lachlan Kennedy becoming the first Australian in more than two decades to legally break the 10-second barrier in the Men's 100 metres event.  Competing at the World Athletics Continental Tour Gold meet in Nairobi, Kennedy stormed to victory in 9.98 seconds.
