Justine Laidlaw - Thriving with Stage 4 Colon Cancer

Radical Remission Project ”Stories That Heal” Podcast - A podcast by Radical Remission Project - Wednesdays

Justine’s own story serves as a testament to the possibilities of healing and the importance of individualised approaches to cancer care. Upon receiving a diagnosis of an aggressive Stage 3 Colon Cancer, Justine was given a poor prognosis - just a 16% chance of surviving 5 years without conventional treatments. Justine felt compelled to seek out an alternative strategy that could potentially improve her odds. She had surgery however she declined the conventional chemotherapy & radiation as she believed that there must be more to healing than conventional treatments alone. Through her personal exploration of the mind/body/spirit alongside her chosen therapies, she was she was declared NED 2 years after her diagnosis. She has been clear for the past 8 years. Motivated by her own transformative healing journey and the knowledge she gained through her research, Justine felt a calling to share her experience and insights with others facing similar challenges. She became a cancer coach and a Radical Remission teacher and started facilitating radical Remission/ Radical HOPE workshops, where she provides support, education, and guidance to individuals seeking holistic approaches to cancer care.
