These are things to consider to better understand your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Reference this with your chart and consider current transits to better understand any past, current or future health situations in your life: 1st House: The first house represents your body and overall health and wellness. 6th House: The sixth house represents diseases, illnesses, and physical ailments. A strong and well-placed sixth house lord can indicate good resistance to diseases and a generally healthy constitution. 8th House: The eigth house represents sudden unexpected events and transformation in life. Malefic aspects, transits or placements here can bring health challenges. Strong, well placed and/or exalted planets here bring great resiliancy and major transformations throughout life 11th House: The eleventh house represents the ending of diseases, illnesses and physical ailments. A strong and well placed elevent house lord can indicate quick recovery from any health issues. Benefic Planets: Benefic planets (Jupiter, Venus, and Mercury if it is placed with Jupiter or Venus) can have a positive influence on health. Transits and dashas related to these planets can make it easier to maintain and improve health. If they are strong and well-placed in the chart, they can indicate good overall well-being. Lords (/ Karakas / Signifactors): Every sign has a ruling planet. That planet also may have another ruling planet. Using house lords helps make more accurate interpretations about each planet, sign and house. Malefic Planets: Malefic planets (Saturn, Mars, Rahu, and Ketu) can indicate health issues if they are afflicted or poorly placed in the chart. Transits and dashas related to these planets can trigger health challenges. Their influence should be assessed carefully to determine potential health challenges. Moon: The Moon represents the mind and emotions. A strong and well-placed Moon can indicate emotional well-being, which in turn can contribute to overall good health. Planetary Aspects: The aspects of planets on specific houses and planets can also provide insights into health matters. For example, the aspect of benefic planets on the Ascendant or Ascendant lord can indicate good health, while the aspect of malefic planets may suggest health concerns. Sun: The Sun represents vitality, strength, and energy. A strong and well-placed Sun in the birth chart can indicate robust health and vitality. And only one notable transit this week. Leading up to the New Moon and Venus Retrograde next week!
