Hello again beautiful listeners! So happy to be here!! In today's snappy little ep I've probably laughed the most that I've laughed in a while...which is sad really, because it's really just me talking to myself and then laughing at myself isn't it. Hmm...  We start off with an update from Savannah, then, get this, I have an exercise that you can do which will help you kind of see yourself in one of the ways that I see spirits. I know that doesn't really make sense, but it will. To finish off, I tell you about a new little psychic skill I've been practising, which I call channeling.
