Hannah is one of the most beautiful people I know - inside and out.
She spent years in Africa helping young moms have safer pregnancies and births. Part of the work she did there was to encourage young women to continue their education and develop confidence to work for themselves and believe that more is possible for them than past generations of Ugandan women.
She is currently living in the U.S., but continues to advocate for women in Africa.
