Ursula is a family constellation facilitator, trainer, supervisor, coach and counsellor - a temporary companion supporting people on their private and professional journey until they feel ready to move on alone again. Her two main approaches are Viktor E. Frankl's Logotherapy and Systemic/Family Constellations. Family Constellation work is a process of reconnecting to our family of origin, our family members and understanding how we as individuals are embedded into a bigger system. The work uncovers the entanglements, connections, and hidden loyalties that can create personal, health and relationship issues. Originally from Germany, she has lived, studied and worked in different countries, developing an open mind towards the world and the people around us.
