Hey everyone! I’m psyched to present this next guest as we had so many parallel “aha” moments about life, parenting, and spirituality - and we hope those of you listening will get to experience them as well. Ziba Ansari, a pharmacist with a seventeen-year career, found her soul beginning to shift towards spending more time at home with her daughter when she was born. To accommodate this change, she transitioned to a per diem hospital job, which proved advantageous during the pandemic years. Amidst the stressors at work, Ziba purposefully crafted a peaceful and connected life at home, reflecting the world she desired to live in. During this transformative journey, a profound insight emerged within Ziba. She realized her passion lay in working with parents and helping children become the best versions of themselves. Inspired by her daughter and her deep spiritual connection, Ziba embarked on writing a book called "The ABCs of Life to Nourish the Mind and Soul of Children," self-publishing it in December 2021. Her daughter became both the wellspring of inspiration and a conduit to higher dimensions. Ziba's path then led her to become a yoga instructor, delving into the realms of Energy Medicine Yoga (EMYoga). Ultimately, her journey culminated in earning certification as a parent coach. By seamlessly blending her background in pharmacy, her expertise in Energy Medicine Yoga, and her years of spiritual practice, Ziba connected the dots between parenting, yoga, and a heart-centered approach to life. This synergy birthed her vision and prompted her to found "A Heartful Path." This platform serves as the intersection where parents can cultivate self-care and subsequently nurture their children from a place of authenticity and love. Ziba understood the importance of providing parents with a holistic approach to raising their children. By offering comprehensive support for the well-being of parents, the challenging task of caring for their offspring becomes more tangible and comprehensible. Just as a marathon runner needs to have nourishment, sleep and a strong mindset, so too does a parent taking care of his or her children. “Parenting has its joy and also comes with its set of difficulties. Don't give up on yourself, and model what you want as much as feasible. Children are sponges and if we can have them soak up positivity, we know we have already made one successful stride. In times we mess up, which we all will go through at some point, don't blame or shame yourself, do what comes hard for most of us and comfort, support and be gentle to yourself. This process is sometimes the hardest, and as we do more of this we can be there for our children. Optimally our health is paramount to not only our longevity but also the health, wellbeing, and connections we create with our children. I would like to offer a program to parents that take into account the mind, body and soul, and incorporate yoga (for adults and kids), meditation, as well as coaching. I support the use of soulful medicine, versus pharmaceutical medicine for working through life's struggles.” -Ziba Ansari Connect with Ziba via: Website: www.aheartfulpath.com IG @aheartfulpath FB: A Heartful Path Email: [email protected] Special offers for podcast listeners: Any opportunity to help any parents would be my honor.
