Vic Verdier has been living an adventurous, nomadic life for decades. He's been to 76 countries and 46 of the United States. After years in the French navy, he became a scuba diving instructor in Tahiti, and has traveled the world teaching diving. He has done some of the world's deepest cave dives -- descending up to 700 ft. Today he teaches kettlebell, movement, and combatives courses, and coaches men over 40 to help them maintain strength and vitality. We talked about everything from the benefits of travel to meditating for hours under water to his visits to Cambodia and his thoughts on torture. Vic is one of the members of the Order of Fire who constantly reminds us all how much adventure we can squeeze into life if we get out of our comfort zones, and this conversation is a great follow up to our recent podcast with Bronson Lee Norton in India.
