Also, New York state will now let you buy a bottle of liquor on Sunday mornings as WNYC's Jon Campbell reports. Authorities say a train hit and killed a teenager this morning in Queens after appearing to faint and fall on the tracks. Plus, police in Summit, New Jersey are warning residents to stay vigilant after a rabid fox may have attacked three dogs. Finally, Councilmember Keith Powers, representing some of the loudest neighborhoods in Manhattan, recently released a report looking at noise pollution. That report found one-third of 311 calls in the first quarter of this year were for noise complaints. Now, after proposing several laws to combat the noise, Councilmember Powers joins to discuss how it would work.
