Episode 10: Holding for Disappointment and Miracles

Life is full of paradoxes. One is how to hold for disappointment while also holding for miracles. As I prepare for bariatric surgery, I've had to learn how to hold with compassion for my past disappointments while continuing to energize the potential for miracles, too.
