In today's episode we're talking about regular exercise. First of all, why do we even care about regular exercise, and can we learn to regularly exercise without simply focusing on what we see - or don't see - in the mirror? For years we've been told to exercise to manage our weight but there are just so many other physical and mental benefits that come as a result of regularly moving - that thankfully these days are being talked about a lot more. So today we chat about our three major tips to cementing regular exercise. This isn't rocket science, but that's kind of the point. And a major point to add - you are A LOT more than what you look like. Let's keep it simple.
