EP 523 Can a Biker or Motorcycle Club member legally defend themselves from excessive force by Police

Does a biker or motorcycle club member have the right to defend  themselves against an over aggressive cop? Cops have become more and  more aggressive during traffic stops as well as ordinary encounters with  the general public. What do you do to make sure that you’re not beaten  up or severely hurt by a cop
