Minimalist Mom Spotlight: Nikita Seal

Minimalist Moms - A podcast by Diane Boden

A series focused on 'real' minimalist moms: It’s odd to refer to this series that way but I wanted to encourage the everyday mom that you don’t have to go to extremes (or have a giant platform) to influence minimalism to those around you. Today I bring you my conversation with Nikita Seal. Nikita is mom to five year old boy/girl twins. She is host of the podcast Anxiety is a Mutha! where she and her co-host discuss anxiety and depression and how prevalent it is in the black community but is hardly ever addressed. She refers to herself as a corporate hippie (as she's a free spirit who feels trapped in the redundant corporate life.) A minimalist at heart, she has recently begun making major strides in clearing the mental clutter.   Find all the resources mentioned in this show: Show Notes for Minimalist Mom Spotlight: Nikita Seal Enjoy this Podcast?
