Turning a New Leaf Our convert brothers and sisters face a great difficulty when they first join the beautiful religion of Islam, whether it be finding the right teachings, community, or support. We also have a phenomenon of Muslims who did not grow up with the teachings of the deen, but find a renewed sense of purpose and commitment to Islam. Both of these groups have their own respective difficulties, but by sharing them, we hope it becomes a means of ease. Miftaah Institute welcomes Shaykh Abdullah Oduro who himself is a convert to Islam, converting in 1997. We hope to discuss the Turning of a New Leaf alongside our Miftaah Scholars.
