102: The Power of Self Love with Sara Jane

Midlife Love Out Loud - A podcast by Junie Moon - Wednesdays

Is it ok to love yourself? It’s not just ok, it’s imperative! The sad reality is you have not been taught how. You have been told to think of others' needs first and that it’s selfish to think of yourself. On this week’s Midlife Love Out Loud podcast, Sara Jane, creator of Vocal Reiki, speaks about self love and how to experience more of it . To have healthy, happy and hot love, you must learn to love yourself up.  Sara Jane is the Master of Voice and creator of Vocal Reiki, founder of Gift of Healing TV, an International Speaker and Author. She is based in Bournemouth, England, where she runs her own therapy practice and hosts workshops, both in person and on-line. Sara is a Master Teacher & Practitioner of both Reiki & Vocal Reiki. Sara draws on her own life experiences and healing journey to support others looking for healing. She comes from a varied background having worked in retail, office and Public House management, as well as insurance. A fun fact about Sara is that she has been a Trainee Handler with the Wolves at the UK Wolf Conservation Trust and felt honoured to interact with these amazing creatures. Sara has also found that she speaks Light Language, the language of our Soul. Grab her Free Sound Baths HERE and her Free Soul Wisdom HERE Want to stop going on sucky dates?
