Suzy Madge is a Psychologists graduated from from Exeter University and she has also Masters degree in positive psychology from university of East London. In her personal life Suzy is a ski tour adventurer and an explorer of life and for day job does leadership mentoring. Her specialities are in flow, decision making, attention and also existential philosophy and psychology. The discussion about energy led us to talk about individual strengths and how those change during the lifespan, cognitive biases, habits, good decision making and how breathing can be a great tool to facilitate recovery and also aid in wise decision making. BUT also how and when to start practicing breathing exercises so that you can actually use them when you most need the skill.
