Her strategic insights have been featured in top news outlets, including Forbes, Fortune, BBC, NPR, Buzzfeed, The Atlantic, VICE, Bustle, Cosmopolitan, Teen Vogue, and more. Additionally, Bethany serves as a regular contributor to Entrepreneur, MedCity News, and Med Device Online, and is the editor and co-author of the forthcoming book "Innovating in healthcare - Legal, Entrepreneurial, and Ethical Considerations." Bethany's perspective has also been featured in mainstream healthcare media outlets, including Fierce Healthcare and Healthcare Business Today. Following the overturn of Roe v. Wade, Bethany became a top voice and advocate for data privacy in women's health. She presented multiple executive debrief sessions for women's health innovators that broke down the impact of the Supreme Court's ruling and provided actionable advice to founders on data privacy concerns, telemedicine abortion, cross-border healthcare, and more. She also testified about the importance of data privacy for reproductive health before the Maryland Cybersecurity Council’s Ad Hoc Committee on Consumer Privacy. Bethany's guest episode on the HIT Like a Girl Podcast discussing the impact of the Dobbs decision won a Power Press Award at last year's HLTH Conference. Bethany is also a frequently requested speaker and moderator at women's health conferences and events. She strongly believes in giving back to the community and dedicates her time as a mentor to health technology startups in five accelerator programs.
