About Sejal: Sejal Nathu is a loving wife, and a mother to two vibrant toddlers and is building a sustainable lifestyle through conscious consumption and mindset. She is a doctor of pharmacy and studied at Purdue University and specialized as a geriatric managed care pharmacist. She has a strong knowledge and background in Ayurveda and natural preventative medicine and is working to build awareness about how we impact our bodies and the Earth with our daily consumptions of medicine, food and the products we use every day. She has a very spiritual and traditional upbringing in her Gujarati culture. She uses this as a strong foundation as she interacts with modern day life. She values kindness, and focuses on living a joyful life full of family and contribution.
