Make Your Damn Bed - A podcast by Julie Merica

Categories:

Dr. Andrew Huberman from Stanford University on his podcast, Huberman Lab, coined a breath work exercise a “physiological sigh”. These Physiological sighs are two quick inhalations followed by a slower exhalation and we can do it voluntarily to trigger the physiological response of regulated, calm, and balanced in a very efficient way. By using this technique, we offload more carbon dioxide which triggers the brain to bring alertness and stress down quickly and provide a state of calm almost immediately. RESOURCE: https://www.lifehack.org/928179/what-is-breathworkWATCH: www.youtube.com/juliemericaGET A MONTHLY NOTE FROM ME: www.makeyourdamnbedpodcast.comBUY SOME MERCH: https://www.teepublic.com/stores/make-your-damn-bed-podcast?ref_id=27657TUNE IN ON INSTAGRAM FOR COOL CONTENT: www.instagram.com/mydbpodcastOR BE A REAL GEM + TUNE IN ON PATREON: www.patreon.com/MYDBpodcast Get bonus content on PatreonSupport this show http://supporter.acast.com/make-your-damn-bed.
