Beth Allison Barr is the James Vardaman Endowed Professor of History at Baylor University. Her specialties include European women, medieval and early modern England and church history. She earned her PhD in Medieval History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is the bestselling author of The Making of Biblical Womanhood: How the Subjugation of Women Became Gospel Truth. She is also a pastor’s wife and mom of two great kids. Today, she shares about being a pastor’s wife, what led to writing her bestselling book, Paul’s letters about women, Christian household codes, Reformation theology about women and so much more.
