Well, is that true? Without going too much into time dilation, cyclical VS linear time and so on, let’s just summarise the basics. The actual dream itself, won’t last years. You’ll be able to make it FEEL like it’s lasting years or months/weeks, but there’s no way of proving that it’s ACTUALLY lasting that long. There is an argument to say that if it FEELS like it’s lasting weeks, then it is. For you. Debatable, and another example is if you FEEL happy, that makes you happy, right? If you feel confident, that makes you confident? If you feel like the dream lasted two weeks, your experience WAS that it lasted 2 weeks. So it was true, for you. How to make a lucid dream last weeks: Practice time dilation. I made other videos about this. Time dilation involves cramming as much fun activities into the space/time as you can, so that the memory and experience of it feels like a longer time. That, plus intense focus and awareness in the moment. Don’t drift or become out of focus, because time will slip away. Be aware of every second that passes by.
