With nearly 15 years of practice and teaching, Carling has traveled globally, leading workshops, intensives, retreats, and training hundreds of teachers in the Awakening Yoga method. She holds certifications as an ERYT-500, FRS Sports Mobility Specialist, Kinstretch Instructor, Registered Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga Teacher, and Birth Doula.
