She discusses how weight training can add to an existing yoga practice, how important it is for the daily life and how it can support all the daily challenges that we have to face. This incredible woman talks about balancing her life with family, work and finding time for her training. She shares 3 principles she loves to use when working with her clients. In addition, she explains what 10 minutes of movement a day can change and how you can find ways of filling those minutes with lots creative movements. She has been teaching since 2010.
