Dave Lipson

I've known Dave Lipson for almost 10 years. I've never seen him frown. I've never seen him angry. He's as mentally tough as he is physically strong. I was curious as to how he views obstacles and challenges. For those of you who follow Dave's Instagram page, his online persona is quite different than talking to him one-on-one.
