Welcome to Kids Pod, a podcast where kids get to ask adults the questions they really want to know. Nothing is too rude to ask. You send in the questions and our adults will give kids the answers they want to hear. In 2019, Wodonga West Primary School started a sustainability program to reduce the amount of plastic and wrappers at the school. We are pleased to welcome Principal Jocelyn Owen to Kids Pod today to tell us all about the plastic police and how you can reduce plastic at your school too. *Hey Kids Pod Listeners! If you want to learn more about how you can help the environment, come along to the Albury Wodonga Sustainable Living Festival. From Saturday 6 November to Sunday 14 November there will be heaps of fun and family friendly activities. Take a stroll through Whispers in the Trees: A Storywalk in the Albury Botanic Gardens. Attend a sustainable gift wrapping workshop in Lavington, Albury, Baranduda or Felltimber. Or walk the CilmateWatch Trail at the Albury Botanical Gardens. Plus there are two more fantastic Kids Pod episodes we've produced as part of the festival. Find out more at alburywodonga.gov.au/slf See you there!* To send us your questions for future episodes, contact us at aimeechan.com.
