B”H Ok, so I recently was in a panel about marriage and money and had a chance to address a question on guilt, which maybe just maybe you’ve faced, so I want to make sure you hear this. The question came from a woman whose husband did very well financially during COVID, but shortly after things went south and he hasn’t seen much success since. She says she’s been trying to be supportive, but she also has this nagging feeling of guilt. She says, I know our Sages teach that the husband blessings come through the wife, and so I can’t shake the feeling that I’m not doing something right. I feel guilty. She says, ‘Maybe his lack of bracha and hatzlacha is somehow tied to me.’ There’s so much more that I could add, aside from sending this woman a hug, but here’s what I said at the time.
