B”H What happens if you’re a woman who’s climbing the ranks of your career or business and a gap is widening between you and your husband? Well, one option, for many is divorce. My guest today says there’s a better way, there’s a way to have both marriage and business success, as a woman. Today, I have Rebbetzin Bat-Chen Grossman, Marriage Advisor and Coach and creator of the Calm Method, which she tells us about today.  Daughter of a Rabbi, and married to a Rabbi, she becomes the breadwinner, and quite a good one at that. She thought she wanted that until she realized the money and success brought her tremendous guilt and tremendous inner conflict. This actually primed her to leave a thriving business in graphic design, and grow her marriage coaching business for women in business – women much like herself.  She shares the layers of limiting beliefs that she had to work through as she transitioned from graphic designer to marriage coach.  Rebbetzin Bat-Chen realizes like many in business, that she’d been running away from her real calling for a very long time. She talks about the role of prayer in her business transformation growth. The G-d baggage that we collect that is hurting us in business and in marriage, her earliest money memories, how her relationship with her husband and her money have evolved and much more with the super wise Rebbetzin Bat Chen Grossman. You can find Rebbetzin Bat-Chen Grossman on instagram @connectedforreal and her podcast is at connectedforreal.com as well as on every podcast platform.
