13: Series Producer and Director Iwan Roberts - Directing Award-Winning Documentaries

In This Episode of In The Edit I talk to SERIES PRODUCER, DIRECTOR, PROGRAMME MAKER & JOURNALIST Iwan Roberts. He is an award-winning producer of engaging television; his work being nominated and winning multiple Best Current Affair BAFTA Cymru Awards, Celtic Media Festival Awards, and most recently he won an RTS Cymru award in the Best Factual category for Code Blue: Murder.Iwan has travelled the world making cutting edge documentaries over the last 15 plus years working for organisations such as ITV, BBC and S4C, often working in difficult situations and dealing with sensitive issues. He has worked with politicians, to senior police officers and grieving families, yet keeping storytelling at the heart of what he does. I first worked with Iwan not long after I went freelance in around 2004 on the Welsh current affairs series Hacio.
