The Black Muslim Lecture Series (BMLS) aims to bring to New York City monthly talks and performances highlighting the voices and perspectives of Black Muslim scholars and artists. In our final BMLS event of 2022, Ieasha Prime, Basheer Jones, and Azeem Muhammad engaged our community in an in-depth discussion on the academic future of Muslim American youth and how we can facilitate their access to knowledge through initiatives such as A Continuous Charity, which provides interest-free loans to students in need.
