Andrey Shapoval speaks on living a Life that Pleases God. When God HAS you, He can then start His ministry on earth. Notes: Scripture: Colossians 1:9-10; Luke 6:46 - When you seek to please God your ministry transitions to His ministry. When God has you, He will start His ministry on earth. There is difference between pleasing God and serving God: - Serving is doing something for God; pleasing God is God doing things through you - When you serve God, you sacrifice; when you please God, you are the sacrifice. It’s possible to serve God without pleasing Him. Pleasing Him has to do with obedience. King Saul brought sacrifice in attempt to serve God, yet at the same time He didn’t please Him. In kingdom life, you don’t have more than others, you will have less lack. As King, He takes responsibility for our life. Calling Jesus as Lord does not make Him Lord. 1. “Everyone who comes to Me” that speaks of prayer 🙏 If you come to Him and pray - it does not mean He is your Lord. The voice of God is the goal of prayer. 2. “And hears My Word” that speaks of being into the Word 📖 Hearing Gods word but not being available to God does not make Him our Lord. “I am not ready to preach but I am available to Holy Spirit” 3. “And does what My Word says” that speaks obeying the Word 📖 Obedience opens the heavens.
