Murray Olds: Australian correspondent on Opposition leader Peter Dutton backing away from 2030 emissions target

Over in Australia, Opposition leader Peter Dutton has confirmed the coalition will not set a 2030 emissions reduction target before the next election. Dutton claimed the coalition was committed to net zero by 2050, but refused to reveal any interim targets.
