Gavin Grey: UK correspondent on UK inflation hitting 2 percent for the first time in almost 3 years

Over in the UK, inflation has hit the Reserve Bank's target for the first time in nearly three years. Prices rose by 2 percent in the year to May, down from the previous 2.3 percent.
