President Zelenskyy has postponed all foreign trips as Russia launches its' most serious border incursion since the start of the war. Ukrainian forces have pulled back from two strategic points in the Kharkiv region in order to avoid 'unnecessary' losses, according to Ukraine’s General Staff.
