Add Heart to Our Planet Earth

HeartMath's Add Heart - A podcast by Deborah Rozman, Ph.D.

How Deepening Our Relationship with Each Other Can Help Heal Earth with special guest, Jude Currivan, Ph.D., co-founder of WholeWorld-View Earth Day is April 22. It’s a special day to honor and appreciate our beautiful planet. Scientific research has confirmed what most of us feel—that we are deeply interconnected with nature and the Earth. Our heart and brain rhythms are influenced by Earth’s rhythms and magnetic fields. Our Add Heart Call host, Deborah Rozman, Ph.D., HeartMath Inc. President, and her guest, Jude Currivan, Ph.D., co-founder of WholeWorld-View and author of the upcoming book Gaia: Her-Story, will talk about why healing our human relationships and loving each other are essential to healing our relationship with the Earth. Earth is constantly giving to us. So how do we reciprocate the energetic care and support we receive from Mother Earth? When we love and care for someone, we celebrate their well-being and are grateful for their gifts. The theme of Earth Day this year is Restore our Earth. Jude and Deborah will talk about how, as we honor our heart connection with Planet Earth, we facilitate humanity in creating a new story. They will share how the practice of intentionally adding heart-coherent energy to the Earth’s energetic fields not only helps us as individuals but uplifts all living beings and the Earth herself. Loving Earth and all her creatures contributes to creating a better world where the power of love can help to energetically heal our human relationships as well. We will close with a heart-focused meditation to energize our personal commitment to adding more heart and gratitude to our beautiful Planet Earth and to healing all our relationships.
