112: Have you unconsciously shut down parts of you?

Heal Yourself. Change Your Life - A podcast by Brandy Gillmore

All too often people unknowingly shut down parts of themselves and don't even realize it's happening. That was the case for today's volunteer, Chris.  You will absolutely LOVE her!  She is great self-awareness and self-honesty that brings to the surface some underlying feelings of being shut down.  Chris has had several ongoing, chronic health issues. In her case, this is foundational for healing AND for living life to its fullest. Is this something that you are experiencing in your own life?   If so, or even if you THINK it might be, then you definitely won't want to miss this podcast episode.  It has a subtle but profound awareness!    IMPORTANT NOTE: We understand that some may believe mind-body healing is impossible. Therefore, if you would like to see images of individuals using their minds to relieve pain, you can check out this medical journal. It includes images from some of Brandy's case studies. If you want to learn how to use your mind to heal yourself, you can check out the training on Brandy's website.  Additional links and resources:  The GIFT Method™ Training: https://brandygillmore.com/gift-method-healing (Learn to Heal Yourself) Website: https://brandygillmore.com Free 90-Minute Self-Healing Masterclass Training: https://brandygillmore.com/healing Facebook: https://facebook.com/brandy.gillmore/ IG: https://www.instagram.com/brandygillmore/ Twitter: https://twitter.com/BrandyGillmore TEDx Talk: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5dEbqRYqY_0 Please remember that genuine change and follow through are key for self-healing results. If you struggle with negative thoughts or have a chronic health issue or chronic pain, please do not avoid seeing your doctor. Instead, your goal with self-healing should be to continue to see your doctor as recommended and blow their mind with what you are capable of with your mind and with the power of mind-body healing.  Please enjoy this self-healing podcast!
