As a founder, she has launched ventures from concept to scale, raising over $3.5 million in equity-free capital for various projects and ventures. Leigh-Ann is the Founder of Nyah Project which provides transformative leadership fellowships abroad and tech-enabled college access coaching for diverse youth from disadvantaged backgrounds. She currently serves as the President of aīre ventures, a venture studio and strategy consultancy.  She co-hosts the Innovation City podcast.
