Welcome to Harry Potter Theory. Today, we'll be discussing whether or not Harry Potter became LESS powerful after the death of Lord Voldemort. It's no secret that Harry Potter possessed greater power than the average boy wizard, even from a young age. And while some of that may be attributed to his sheer will to live up to the expectations that the wizarding world had for "The Boy Who Lived", there's no denying the fact that some of his power came from his intrinsic link to the Dark Lord. For example, it was almost completely unheard of--and perhaps thought to be impossible by some--for a witch or wizard who was NOT a descendent of Salazar Slytherin to be able to speak Parseltongue. As we well know, however, this was one of Harry's many above-average magical abilities that he possessed from a very young age. One must simply remember when he spoke to the boa constrictor in the zoo--and made the glass disappear--at the mere age of 10 for proof of his innate talent as a Parselmouth.
