EP495 New Habit of Walking
Habit Based Lifestyle - A podcast by Jesse Ewell - Mondays
Categories:
For the past 10 weeks, Jesse has been doing something new: walking. He’s found it to be a powerful way to begin his day, and he intends to keep it as a habit. It started when he realized he wasn’t getting fast enough results at the gym. Instead of blaming it on getting older, Jesse looked at what changed as he got older. He realized he sat behind a desk more and moved a lot less. So, now he tries to aim for at least 10,000 steps a day. It’s the first thing he does every morning, and he stacks other habits with it. On his morning walk he can be found, praying, listening to worship music, or listening to an audiobook. Walking gifts Jesse with physical, mental, and spiritual benefits. Try walking for 15-20 minutes after each meal and see how you feel. -- Are you looking to connect with a group of like-minded habit hacking people?
