40. From Witchcraft to Worship: Transforming Communities Through CHE

God on the Move Podcast - A podcast by Lausanne Movement - Wednesdays

In this episode of 'God on the Move', Daniel Kpowbie shares his incredible journey of faith, from growing up in an animistic family in Togo to becoming an evangelist challenging the powers of witchcraft with the name of Jesus. Daniel recounts how his family found solace in Christ amidst despair brought by witchcraft, and how this conversion set the course for his life's work. He discusses his transformative encounter with the CHE (Community Health Evangelism) program and recounts powerful testimonies of spiritual warfare and triumphs in villages dominated by voodoo worship. Daniel also shares insights about the church's challenges in Togo, including the prosperity gospel and syncretism. Listeners are encouraged to reflect on their own ministry's alignment with Christlike principles.   Links from the interview: Medical Ambassadors International CHE Strategy Tassi’s Story   Daniel Kpowbie Daniel Kpowbie is a dedicated leader and evangelist, committed to holistic ministry across French-speaking West Africa.
