36. Igniting Transformation, Facing Discomfort, & Breaking Cycles

Figuring Sh!t Out - A podcast by Vanessa Fontana

A new chapter. A new beginning. Season Two. A new theme: Almost always done, because we never will be. Never complete, because our wholeness isn't found outside of us. And on this episode, we cover how to find more of that wholeness. The only thing we should question -- is our limits. Confronting our comfort zones with the courageous act of taking ownership of our lives and lovingly accepting self-responsibility is the only way to create lasting, actionable transformation. This episode calls for an integration of all parts of ourselves - with wholeness, with love, with compassion, and with the strength of accountability. For the last month and a half, that is the journey I've been on. I intentionally stripped myself of all comforts and headed into the woods of Northern New Hampshire over this break to face shadows and feel the catharsis of letting go. On this episode, I take you through my journey and give you insight into what I've learned - and how that expansion has led to enrich the path of self-exploration here - in V2 of Figuring Sh!t Out - the podcast AND the brand. In our collective journey of self-discovery and growth, the topic of this new season and episode is evolution: Fully stepping into newness through lovingly shedding layers of what we no longer need and being honest with ourselves about what it is that we do need. I am so excited to be back. Thank you for listening.
