Slam Dunc #156 - Nicola Willis, Grant Robertson and 'the numbers' - where is the Auditor General?

Nicola Willis is doing what every incoming government does and that is to trash the reputation of the previous government. She is basically saying they openly misled Kiwis to make themselves look like better economic managers than they were.  We have a Public Finance Act, and an Auditor General.
