It took some running around but Bob and Tom (not those assholes, different assholes) finally managed to hold a music festival on an Island known as "Bull Island" that is surrounded by the Wabash river. Unfortunately this island was not developed for anything, so when 250,000 people showed up shit went from bad to worse. Some structure burnings are justified.
