The lawsuit alleges he and Sean "Diddy" Combs, drugged and raped a 13-year-old girl. Jay-Z dismissed the legal action as a "blackmail attempt". Mr Combs also denied the latest accusation.The exact wording of the lawsuit says “defendant Sean Combs…. along with his long time friend and collaborator Shawn Carter (a/k/a “Jay-Z”), drugged and raped a thirteen-year-old girl at an after party following the 2000 Video Music Awards. Another celebrity stood by and watched as Combs and Carter took turns assaulting the minor.
