Ask a successful person about the most crucial time of their day, and they’ll say, “Mornings."

 

How you use your mornings sets the pace for your entire day.  It’s best to keep things simple:

 

1) Lose your excuse that mornings are out of control madness. That’s how most people think. Decide that you CAN take control and you will.

 

2) You may not be aware of morning behaviors that are not serving you. Turn off your morning autopilot and be intentional.

 

3) Reward yourself by taking a few minutes to ponder your life. Consider any changes you may want to make.  Spend your day making them happen.
